200K+ Miles
I don't know if this is the right thread for this but a few (10?) years ago I read an article in one of the bike mags about a man who had ridden his bike or bikes the distance to the moon. As I recall he kept a meticulous jouurnal of his riding. I think at the time he was riding an older Paramount and one of the lines in the article had to do with how smoothly he went through the gears.
Does anyone else remember this article or have a copy? Thanks in advance. |

I think I found it. It was in Bicycling and apparently the article is no longer on their website. Good thing it was copied and posted here: http://miles4melanoma.com/freddiehoffman/

I know 2 guys that have done it. I'd imaging one of them is somewhere around 400k mark.
