Not real cotters... and they are quite needlessly heavy.

In fact... I did some more digging and somehow I have 2 original instructions.

Identical except for the date and address.

Bulletin 9704-2 10/73 Dana Cycle Systems Northwood, Ohio 43619

Of interest to only the geekiest of bike geeks.
