Need help finding a Brake thread

I'm pretty sure it was this forum, that someone had an article about making little do-dads out of Alum to extrend the short reach of brakes on vintage rides. I saved the pic from the article but now can't find the article to review the procedures. I'm Incl the pics... can someone tell me the OP or what i should be looking for (I've serched the "obvious" but no luck)
