anybody know anthing about New Star Hubs?
title says it all. The hubs are off a 69-70 mercier 100. I did a google search and didn't find anything. They spin smooth. Just want to know if they are worth lacing to a rim for a beater wheel. Thanks in advance.

never heard of the brand, but might be something made by a major mfr. as a house-brand, if it's stock on a Mercier 100 it might be decent quality, but not stellar...pics would help.
