Welcome back everyone!

I hope that the "improvements" and the "maintenance" don't cause another crash.

Days without BF C&V are quite long.

beech333 11-14-09 07:23 AM

Temperature is 62 degrees, I can get another fix of C&V, it can't get much better for bikes today.

Thanks for the work that you guys do.

txvintage 11-14-09 07:24 AM

RFC 11-14-09 08:24 AM

Terrible. I actually had no choice but to get some work done.

Bianchigirll 11-14-09 08:26 AM

I am glad to see the site back up. I guess this little incident just proves cravenmorehead's post last week about spending too much time here.

It's good to be back home. :twitchy:

Scooper 11-14-09 08:46 AM

I was actually going through withdrawal. ;)

gomango 11-14-09 08:53 AM

Nice surprise that it is running!!!! We did a little extra riding at the river bottoms in the mud. Too nice to be inside anyway. :thumb:

David Newton 11-14-09 09:20 AM

I thought is was just me, I've been attacked by various viruses the last few days.
Thanks to whoever keeps this thing running.

BLUMEANIE 11-14-09 09:36 AM

Ha! And I was annoyed that I had to take yesterday off to install an invisible fence ... little did I know, it coulda been worse at the office.

jacksbike 11-14-09 12:28 PM

Glad that it is up again. Missed my daily fix. Weather is terrible outside, so better to sit in front of the computer.

Things are much better now.

so how do you know if it's still there?

Oldpeddaller 11-14-09 06:59 PM

Thanks for restoring the Forum. It was only down for a short time but I really missed it!

luker 11-14-09 10:55 PM

part of my job is explaining why the damned things aren't working. And it is getting harder. Have you noticed???

cuda2k 11-15-09 05:50 AM

That was an unplanned outage from what I've heard from the higher-ups (aka: DOS attack). The upgrades to the site don't go live for a few more days.

miamijim 11-15-09 12:21 PM

It was a planned cyber attack against IB (Internet Brands), the owner of BikeForums. I think all IB sites were down.

ozneddy 11-16-09 01:06 AM

My Doctor says I will get better ------- in time !
