Happens a lot around here. As if thieves couldn’t get any more petty... “If I cant have this wheel, NO ONE WILL!”

^ Can't believe any self-respecting thief would leave that front skewer in place.

Hope nobody loves either one of these brands. Most of these things get resprayed but not this one, and both sections have kickstand plates so they probably are not top quality frames.

Well, it was outside. In front of a BMX shop in an industrial park. That was kinda wild. I got barked at.

Also saw this in a front yard anchoring a flagpole. An ancient Exercycle. I'd have gotten a better shot but it was a dead end street in a redneck neighborhood and some folks were outside.

And, seriously? They didn't have a crank puller with them? These aren't very efficient thieves.

Efficient thieves would have used a battery-powered grinder to cut the shackle, and taken it all. No one said you had to be smart to be a thief, though.

LiteSpeed Tuscany - First Time

Spotted a few days ago, I flagged down it's rider and asked Richard if I could take a picture of it for this very "Spotted in the Wild" series. Nice fellow. This is the first and only time I've ever seen a Litespeed in real life. It was given to him 25 years ago in Calgary... . Is that the original fork?

The panels and color grabbed my attention, so I grabbed a picture.

Here's a fun one that I have zero clue about. An absolutely tiny Marioni set up with 650Cs. Chorus group and SLX NEW tubes. Anyone have a clue what this is? Junior road racer?

Really small Gitane GS, not the fanciest bike, but in gorgeous condition. Had to comment when this guy stopped where I was sitting
