[Bilenky] Wow, what a wicked tandem. Love the collars! Let's hope the owner isn't using an older Krypto mini U lock w/ circular cylinder.

Caught in the last month riding around Vancouver: In the second image from the rear is a Bianchi and then a Condor - was not able to identify the lead bike though. The third image is a Super Record equipped Basso, the parts were beautifully polished. Wish I had gotten a better shot of it though.

I was surprised to see this Cinelli parked between the normal Amsterdam citybikes. I am no Cineli expert so I don't know the type.

Apparently it is still used as a city bike with even some lights mounted in Amsterdam style and unfortunatly badly maintained and getting pretty rusty.
It still had a complete super record group and that was also getting rusty

I know this isn't classic or vintage, but I had to share this. I took these pictures from my car before the rider disappeared into the building with the "bike", so please forgive the poor, far-away photos. The "bike" was an electric model with a normal-sized rear wheel, and a small front wheel; also had taillights you can see in the first photo. Not sure what to call it. Anyone seen one of these before?

I've noticed a number of old bikes in my town this summer a lot of old 3 speeds one with a wicker basket on the front.Last week I was in the grocery store picking up a few things when I got in the check out there were two young ladies in front of me. The one that caught my interest was a tall girl in an ankle length summer dress wearing an expensive bicycle helmet. I thought how does she ride in that? As she picks up the bundle she says to the girl behind her. " the tricky thing is carrying her bag of groceries on the bike" When I got out she was no where to be seen so I headed home as I drove home I passed her riding a 10-speed girls frame one arm clutching the bag as she wobbly headed up the road in a long dress.
I live in a valley and any time you are on the roads going out of the valley there are only Carbon bikes and me on my old Bianchi
