I'll have to second the thanks for the C+V forum. It's my favorite and in my opinion the best forum on bikeforums.net. Always friendly people to answer my questions, and of coarse, really nice bikes!

Happy Thanksgiving to all! For me, Black Friday will be spent on a bike, rather than spending at the mall. I'm sure Mrs. K will pick up the slack spending wise.

I'll add my Happy Thanksgiving wishes to everyone. C&V is definitely the most worthwhile forum (for me). Thanks for all your wisdom over the past year.

A certain mountain bike was delivered today. Waiting for the report from the new owner.
I put in some insulation, cooked dinner, ate too much, and fiddled around cleaning goo off a pair of handlebars. I also figured out that if I spend 30 minutes a day, six days a week on my projects, I might have them all done by spring.
p.s. - am very thankful for all the very considerate and generous friends I've made - quite a number of them here. I started 2004 with one crappy Magna mtb. Now I have bicycles to enjoy and ride for the next three lifetimes. It's been really satisfying to pass things along to help others out too. This is the greatest hobby there is.

Happy Thanksgiving!!!
I am sitting alone in a hotel room in Santa Barbara.
That sounds pitiful, but snuck an 80's Team Lemond into the room and have been taking it apart and restoring it all afternoon. It's nicely lugged and rides like a turkey-out-of-hell! Horray for yard sales far away from home.
Going down to the hotel bar to see if they have any real turkey.

Went out for a quick sprint around the slopin' hills before family time, but my friend Tom didn't come out to meet me today.
Gee I sure hope he's OK.
