Anyone ever heard of a bike called Regence Marseilles?
So I know this is unfair, but I have a friend who emailed me about his dad's bike which he said is head badged Regence Marseilles. I haven't seen it (yet) and don't have a photo, but I was wondering if anyone here had heard the name and could tell me anything about the company. I was told the head badge has a white shield with a blue cross.

The friend's father thinks it might have been a raleigh. Does this sound at all possible?
