That is just it. I cannot decide. So I will spoke 6 new rims with Weinmann 219 alloys at about 13 bucks a piece if the sellet ships them; he is in Miami and the hurricane.... oh well, maybe a set of winter projects.

spoked 4 of the 6 rims
as above, the weinmann 219 rims are easy. However, one spoke was rusted solid and would not come loose even with WD40 and PB blaster along with a vice grip on the spoke with the Park red spoke tool.

I saw one on craigslist the other day. A Sears Free Spirit built by Puch. It was lime green or like a faded gold with Simplex and other french components. Full 531.
Pretty cool seeing a Free Spirit with 531. A high end department store  It was listed at 150 and sold within a couple of days. It has probably already been answered but OP I don't think yours is a 531. It looks more like this one VVV Still a handsome looking bike. And @ RobbieTunes; I love this long sweeping forks too! http://oldtenspeedgallery.com/blog/w...-spirit-03.jpg |
Seatpost diameter should be around 26.6 for 531 main tubes
as above, I think measurements would tell us with certainty.RaleighSuper Course1971-77
