Thanks for the warm welcome. Nice to see others who apreciate the French bikes even more than I do! To give you bit more information on the Moto TC bike I purchased earlier this week. I found it at a garage sale just down the street from auchencrow's house in Detriot! 
How I came to find the bike is that I happended upon a small bike shop here in Iowa. The shop owner was selling the bike for a friend of his who purchased the new and hardly ever rode it! How you see it is how I found it, haven't even taken a rag to it yet! A real gem, I know. It came with the original wheels and extra Campagnolo parts. The unfortunate part is that the bottle cages are rivnut on the frame. I would have liked it better had that not been the case but beggers can't be choosers. The bike had a few changes made but I will be putting it back with downtube shifters, as I haven't used bar end and really don't want them on this bike.
I tend to collect bikes (Peugeot's mostly) and included a picture of the other bikes I was getting ready for spring riding season.
Again, I appreciate the warm welcome and look forward to conversing with everybody about their bikes as well.

Really nice find. Even with the unfortunate Rivnuts. Those holes could be fixed I suppose. Or not. Looks like about a '75, McCrane. What would you say?

I have a catlog that came with the bike and believe it is a 76' catalog. Here's a picture, you might be able to tell better than I could.

Mike. Hard to say but you can compare the specs in that catalog on the last page, with the Motobecane catalogs available online.

Just for fun. There are a few key features which help but a lot of it is component dates, which are circumstantial evidence at best. The date code on the back of your crank arms, wheel lock nuts and rear derailleur will help, but they were typically a year, or even two, old by the time they used them.

This 531 framed Bertin is a mid-1960s C 37 racing bike conversion. It has a full set of braze-ons including the pivots for the Mafac Competition centrepulls. Wiring for the generator headlight and taillight is internal through the frame and the aluminium fenders. The fender stays, rear brake stop and headlight bracket were custom Mariposa pieces made by Mike Barry at Bicycle Specialties where the bike was restored.

Is it a PX10? It doesn't look like its in super good condition but is it worth 150bucks?

There seems to be a great exotism about French bikes in US. My recommendation to you is to go to Europe or more precise Sweden. The import of French bikes was large here. They usually sell cheap on the second hand market, even after the new bike boom.
