Do alternative brake hoods exist for Superbe Pro aero levers?
I bought some SunTour Superbe Pro brake levers yesterday on ebay along with the matching calipers (both used) in separate auctions yesterday. The buy it now was reasonable and I just bought the darn things before I could even blink.
The levers look good but the seller removed the hoods saying they were completely dry rotted. I got them anyway. I seem to remember that Dia Compe was the manufacturer of these brakes anyway. Could anyone make a suggestion on a source for the correct Superbe Pro aero brake lever hoods? If this is not possible, do you know of a compatible Dia Compe or Gran Compe hood that would work for this application?
Here are the levers (haven't got them yet)

Here are the calipers:

AME hoods worked pretty well for me.

Aero hoods for Dia Compe/Gran Compe levers will fit. If in a pinch, the Nashbar aero lever hoods will fit, but Dirtdrop's suggestion of those new Tektro's is your easiest option.

I would just keep an eye on ebay. The Suntour hoods you seek could pop up any day
