judging from the clips over the oil port, and the countersunk spoke holes on the front, I would say yes they could be

Yup, either chorus or Record. Will fit 9 or 10sp cassettes.

The rear hub is technically a 10 speed, but will fit 9s as well. The front is record, re: the countersunk spokeholes.

Just purchased a super clean front and rear set last night. These are nice hubs, you'll love them. Going 10 speed Chorus for sure on the Tommasini.
