Tommasini Techno

Picked up my Tommasini yesterday. From 2002, but it's almost spotless, having been in storage from about 200 miles. Needs a front tube change and I'll be out in about an hour from now! Hope I've attached pics properly.

Better pic four posts down... more tomorrow.

Morning Monkey Face,

First of all, congratulations!! I checked back in a couple of times yesterday to see if you had posted pics yet of this beauty. What an absolute stunner. As I mentioned to you the other day, this one is much nicer than mine, it clearly looks like the owner never put her to bed wet.

Is the bike completely Campy Chorus? Same vintage as the frame I'd assume?

Are you the second owner then?

Also, while I can see the pics, is it possible for you to make them a little larger? Are you hosting them on Flickr or elsewhere?

I'd like a look at the bottom bracket area and the brake bridge eventually to compare with mine as well.

Sorry for all the questions, but I am nuts over these bikes. Thanks for sharing.

Cheers,
Gomango

Thanks chaps.

I'll get some higher res pics up tomorrow... need to set up a Flickr account.

gomango, I am indeed the second owner - sadly, the original owner died not long after buying it. I bought it from a chap that was a friend of his and was selling it for his widow.

It's all Chorus, including the hubs.

Cheers.

Brilliant bike Monkey-Face. Nice to see a road bike that's been treated well here in the UK. A lot of mine have spent years outside when I get them (but they are cheaper that way!)
