Actually I just parted with my 1979 Sansui G3000 Pure Power receiver a few days ago. Maybe the new owner can fix the intermittent popping sounds. I took a bunch of lens and a flash and some filters I had not used in years from my older Minolta and Sony to Henrys and got real money for them. I used the cash to buy a new lens for my Sony ILC.
The 1977 Peugeot Tourist (UKspec) for a client this winter.

I have the opposite problem. I'm fickle and let things go too easily. I've let so many great cars, motorcycles, boats, musical instruments, etc. slip through my fingers because I grew restless or overwhelmed with projects. There were a number of beautiful boats I've let go out of momentary frustration, any one of which I'd like to have kept and patiently restored. I envy my friend, who still has the same British cars he had when we hung out 40 years ago. They have held his interest and he's slowly improved them over the years.

I'm new to the vintage bicycle scene and want to own just a few select bikes that are interesting to me and represent the gamut of my cycling interests. We'll see how that goes.

Marie Kondo has written several books on decluttering. She's famous for her KonMari method (which declutters by category. Unfortunately we'd be skipping to steps 4 and 5 by starting with bikes.
Bottom line, if it doesn't inspire joy and there's no identified need you should consider letting it go.

I know Triumph made 3 speeds, but a 10 speed? Could be a homemade conversion but hardware looks to be similar to my Robin Hood Lenton Sports.
