Is Kansas really in the Midwest?

Toto, I don't think Chicago is midwest anymore.

Not until KU joins the Big 10.

It's the most s/w state of the Midwest states.

Welcome to the forum Locojoe. I've not thought of Kansas as being in the midwest. I thought they were in the Great Plains. It's cool though.

I won't be attending the Kansas swap meet, but I'd like to attend the one in Ann Arbor on April 25.

I think that any swap meet that uses a photo like this to advertise on their web site is probably going to be fun to attend.

Thanks cb400bill. I've been a member for a couple of years but don't post much. Only once I guess now that I look.
I think we're both a Midwest and Great Plains state. The person who's putting on the swap kinda borrowed the name from the Midwest Bicycle Fest which I started a few years ago. I chose the name Midwest Bicycle Fest as I thought it had a nice ring to it.
Yeah I just found out this is the same date as Ann Arbor but I don't think it will be a problem for us. This swap will mostly be for locals so we don't have to drive to a neighboring state for a swap meet which we've been doing.
