Good deal for any bike that uses a 27 road wheel. Looks fine.

Weinman concave drilled out for Schraeder valves (about the best touring rim out there....back in the day). It was my choice when I built custom touring wheels in the late 80s. It might still be considered one of the best (but I have been out of touch with touring for many years

The hub though might just be a Schwinn approved, Normandy made.....OK quality but definitely just midrange on its best day

This is a coincidence.

http://iowacity.craigslist.org/bik/1644180555.html

I am selling a used version of the same thing in Iowa City, Iowa for $5. I found it on my sister's bike in the backyard. The only thing that looked good on it was the Weinman concave wheel. I was trying to cleanup my dad's back yard and pulled this out of the weeds. I had the concaves on the front and back of my touring bike in the 80's.
