Ive never heard of sideral but I do have a similar rim from another Argintine rim manufactur named saavedra. It is very likely that they were produced from same company, I would find it hard to imagine there are too many Argintine bike component manufactures. The Saavedra rim I have is very lightweight. THere likley is a bit more info available on saavedra rims that might be applicable to those you are looking at now.
