What the heck is a Futura? Many pics

Got this frame this past week. Never heard of the brand and Google wasn't any help. Looks like a lower end Japanese frame from the mid-eighties. Lots of cable guides, bottle mounts, and rack bosses on the fork. The weird thing(to me) is the 26.2 dia seat tube. Pics Below.

Any ideas? Potential home for my S3X.

What does the frame material sticker say? (hate to say that, but the fork needs de-bending) Interesting to see that there are rack eyelets on the fork blade but not on the drops... Wonder if it was build with bar end shifters. Any idea what brand is the headset and the BB?

No frame sticker and no ID on the headset or bb. The fork is straight, looks outta whack due to the angle of the pic.

Looks like decent mid-range, can't be that bad with rack mounts. 1+ on the bent fork.
