7 speed cassette options -- which is the best bang for the buck?

I need to buy a few 7 speed cassettes (I have a few sets of wheels that are 9 speed, but I have a bunch of 7 speed shifters, so I want to use the 7 speed cassette with a spacer) for some mountain bike wheels. I did a quick google search and found some possibilities, but wonder what other peoples experiences have been.

Right now the cheapest deal is the Forte -- it is $12.99 before coupon -- Any one used one of these? How does it compare to Shimano or SRAM?

I want something that will be good and reliable, but not too expensive, since if the wheels go on a bike I keep and use, will get upgraded to 9 speed. One set is going on an all chrome Mongoose mountain bike frame set that will be set up as a touring bike. It has low rider rack mounts and full set of bosses.

I bought a SRAM 7 speed cassette through my LBS a few months ago for $13. So far it has worked good. The Shimano version was 20 something so I didn't go with it.

Given the common ownership, I'd suspect the Forte cassettes to be the same as Nashbar's, ie SunRace. I've had very good results with SunRace cassettes and freewheels, but not their shifters.
