Sakae Ringyo products sometimes have Sakae Custom on them. Just the bars, not the model of the frame. Sorry I can't be of more help.

It appears to be mid-80s production. Benotto made frames in both Italy and Mexico. What is the BB shell threading?

I agree. assuming the components are orginal looks mid '80s to me. I never saw alot of Benottos but I don't recall them having a bike line or model numbers. they may have two or thres frames and just specced them out differently
why is it upsidedown? is it dead?

Great visual. Only thing to add would be little 'x's for the eyes. But where would they go?
ps: It's not dead, you know. It's just pining for the fjords.

I bought 3 new Benotto 3000 frames in the late '70s - early 80's and all had Italian BBs and all were made in Mexico. I have no clue as to the model but have fun
