Serial number is V8944E5

Seller says it is early 80's. Here's a few pics....

do you know anything else about it? judging from the decal style and lack of a Piaffio decal I think maybe '85 to '87. it looks like NR rear derailleur and idea what the brakes and crank are? it could be a Nouvo Alloro Racing 12V
