Help Identifying "Blue," my older road bike

Hello, I am new to this site. I was hoping you could all help me out in identifying the road bike I have. I fixed it up over the spring and have been searching without any luck on information about it. There are no markings on it except for the SN and a sticker on the fork. It is a 12 speed with a 40x48 crankset. Any help would be appreciated.

Jouyu is a Japanese manufacturer of basic hubs. Wheelsets can change very easily. What are the names of the other components?

The only marking on the rim was a large lowercase e with a smaller k in the center of that, followed by DS27x1 1/4. The rear derailur is a shimano skylark.
