Sorry to post here instead of inquiries, but I'm going to look at Majestic Two tandem at 6:00 tonight. Does anyone have any idea on value?

Well, I am not going to buy it. I didn't measure it, but he says it is a 21 X 20. It appears to be in very nice condition. He wants $600 for it. This is not on CL, it was posted on the LBS board. PM me for his name and number. It is in Rock Island, Illinois.I can help if you want. can't see shipping it though.

Holy poop, that's a steal, in nearly any condition, and this one is gorgeous. It would even fit my wife and me, but it's far, and I don't have that money to buy a bike we don't exactly need.

Tandem's go for high prices but are really fun to ride. At this price buy this and use it for a year and then sell it on for no loss.

I have two tandems both lower end and both in bad condition, no where near and nice as that one so I'm quiet jelous that you get a chance to buy that one.

I took it for solo trip around the block last night and it rides pretty well. The condition is very good +. It needs the usual rebuild with new headset bearings and cables. Here is a picture of it now.

I've been trying to get Mrs slushlover2 interested in riding bikes again. She used to ride very well. She said she would give the tandem a try!!!

The bike is finished and it turned out very well indeed!!! I put the original drop bars on the back. It got a complete rebuild with new headset bearings, cable and housing (12' of it!!!). Rebuilt the bottom brackets and new cork bar tape. It rides and looks really nice. I'm going to list it here in the for sale section for a few days and then if nobody is interested, list it on Ebay.
