Dimension Afton Classic Leather Saddle
Anyone ever see one of these saddles?
https://www.google.com/products?q=dim...l=en&scoring=p
Style: Men's
Clamp Style: Std Rails
Weight: 286 g
Width: 136 mm
Length: 272 mm
Rail: CroMoly
It doesn't appear to weigh a whole ton, it's leather, the dimensions work (for me anyway ), AND there's no logos at all. I like that for our bikes.
I need a saddle for the second Fuji Tiara I picked up which is all done, save for the saddle:
Stock was black, I think it needs white. I got this bike for a song and literally it only needed cables (not housings even) and bar tape. Since I was way ahead of the game with this one I was going to order one of these saddles for this bike. If I don't like it, off it goes with the bike. If I like it, I'd keep it and get a white $20 Velo at the fixie shop on campus.
Anyone ever see/use one?

Well, I ended up getting one of these (two actually, one new white, one black used from another forum member).
Rode the white one on my Tiara today for about 50, had been on it for a couple 20 milers before that. Here's what she looks like:
I found it to be very comfortable...lightly padded without being gushy, nice leather, and the dimensions and shape work for me at least.
While most people would consider it too modern looking for a lot of C&V bikes, I think for some of the later ones, 87 and on, it works ok....and the lack of logos is a plus for me as well.
All in all, for a saddle you can find for $36, all leather, not too heavy, and not all garish and stuff...it works for me.

It's too modern for any of my bikes, but it looks fine on yours. The price can't be beat for real leather.
You are really into color coordination of your bikes aren't you?
