Late 70's Motobecane Mirage I just restored

The color is Jollipop Copper. All the hardware except the wheels is original. If you want to make old metal shine clean it with Bar Keepers Friend, then polish it with Mothers polish.

A guy on Bainbridge island sold it to me for around $100. She was a real geezer but I saw the potential. Plus, this thing rides like a dream and is faster than any bike I've stepped on. So, I decided to put some makeup on her and take her to prom. haha

Have you figured out the date on the frame? Looks to be a 77-79ish on first glance.
