That's some serious, pensive look @malcala622, our daughter tell us that the Atlanta Critical mass rides are her favorites. Hope the crowd was enormous and the time was great.

I hate looking straight at the camera so that's the face I naturally make.
They're only once a month but it feels like they happen every other weekend. Its a great ride.

Can't post pics yet due to new account, but:
37 yo tech-ish industry. Probably most relevant? Seriously rode mountain bikes for years on Vancouver's North Shore, did crazy stupid things, and hurt myself occasionally. Owned too many bikes worth too much money.
These days, road in the Bay Area. Down to a fast bike (2004ish Merlin Works CR), and a commuter bike (repainted, rebuilt Schwinn Reynolds 853). But still particular about what I choose. Will post photos when I can.

Love classic italian steel so your 1983 Colnago Mexico is eye candy to me :)
Am I the only one?
When I read postings - especially ones by the regular contributors - I always get an image in my mind what they look like. Sorta like when I read a book: I mentally picture the characters, you know?
Characters...now that describes quite a lot of us here on the Forums!
Anyhow, let's see you guys and gals post some pics of you with your bike(s)! Working on them, riding on them - or just standing there looking proud/happy/confused/goofy/whatever!
A little story behind the pics is always welcomed.

Thanks!

Wow. D-A and suicide levers on a Graftek. Maybe the only one on the planet that is set up that way? That looks like the largest frame size that was available? I have a 24-inch one (or maybe it is a 60 cm., it's a bit in-between 60 and 61). How large is yours? Very cool bike....

Welcome aboard @Xiphazz, nice bike. Looks like the furry assistant is doing your pre-ride check.

Okay. However Swiss and French BBs were the same except that the drive-side threads were right-handed on French, left-handed on Swiss. If your LBS guy didn't removed the drive-side cup he wouldn't know the difference. In fact, if you don't know which it is you don't know whether turning it right or left will loosen it or tighten it. OTOH, if the drive-side cup doesn't need replacing it doesn't matter.
