650A Front Wheel?

So my plan is to convert my current 27" wheel bike to 650A (26 x 1 3/8) in order to run fenders and to account for the fact that the quality of the roads in my neighborhood remind me of rural East Europe. I found this for a rear wheel: http://cgi.ebay.com/REAR-WHEEL-5-6-S...item439dcd7a26 but all I've found for an alloy front wheel is one from harris cyclery for $55 + shipping. Anyone know of anywhere else that might sell a 650A front wheel for a bit cheaper? $55 is not so bad but if I can get the rear for 30 shipped I figure it's worth looking around for a cheap front wheel also. Any help is appreciated.

Why not buy two of those rear wheels, and rebuild a front hub into one of them? With a little luck someone will have a hub the right size so you can reuse the same spokes.
