Strawberry - vintage- with a little help from cudak and picchio

picked this up yesterday. picchio and cudak said they were nice bikes. wasnt going to get it last week as the seat post was stuck but when i mentioned the wheels to kurt he said simply "go get it" so here it is. not sure of vintage. maybe someone could let me know. havent ridden it yet. need cleaned up etc etc

Don't know the brand, but it looks really nice. I'm a sucker for anything with a Concor. Is it just my eyes, or is your front q/r not closed tight?

The best ones are super nice - I'm still kicking myself for not bidding higher on a white one from the early 70's on ebay a couple of years or so ago. Mark Di Nucci brazed and filed many of them - dude had mad filing skills.
