I think so. it has cantilever brakes and that rear rack looks like the OEM one.

Yeah, that is a Jim Blackburn rack... methinks that the rack and waterbottle cage worth about $100 by themselves.

I probably would have gone after it...except that I had two other deals I was working today...one is the Marinoni I just posted and also got an interesting Cannondale light touring bike.
