Is my new bike a Viner?

I bought this bike off a couple who bought it second hand and had it repainted 10 years ago. When i got it the paint was in bad shape and had a mish-mash of components (campy xenon brifters, RD, FD, etc.). The only things that seem original are the campy record hubs, and thats just a guess. I had the frame powdercoated and before it gets decals ordered I would like to be sure that it is in fact a viner. The only other info I have is that the seat post is 27.2mm.
