It's been a while.....feels great!

Hi All,
Very quick MTB history of myself......
  • 1998 - purchased first MTB (1998 Specilaized Hardrock)
  • 1999 - traded in Hardrock for 1999 Gary Fisher Tassajara
  • 2005 - After many great miles, cuts, bruises and replacement parts on bike, my son is born. Bike gets relegated to the wall rack in the garage.
  • 2019 - My now 14 y/o son needs a new bike.....my GF comes off the wall.....son can't believe I am giving him my "prized" bike.
  • Present - not wanting to purchase a new bike, find a 1993 Specialized Stumpjumper M2 for sale (love the violet/black color). Purchase the bike for a fair price, take it home, have already replaced parts that needed replacing.
  • BACK on the trails with my son.....life is good again!!!
Hoping to put many miles back on my "new" bike and shared memories with my son. Hope to make new friends along the way. Hope to post a few pics of my Stumpy in the near future.
Feels GREAT to be back!!!

I'll bet it does and welcome back. You could not have found a nicer vintage bike place to hang out!
