UKAI Wheelset (Any Good)?

I have a UKAI (Japan) wheelset that came with my 1982 Fuji (Team Fuji) bike and wondered if they are a good set of wheels? The rear has a 6 gear straight block 13-18 the rims are gold anodized and in great shape and true as can be. I have another set of wheels that came with the bike as well, and don't really need 2 sets. Thought someone might know the value of these wheel or should I just keep them? here are some pics. Thanks again for everyones help.....

Horrible rims, death rims for sure.

I'll take them off your hands for free because you're a fellow Cape Codder ..

There's nothing special about UKAI, but they are good rims. Hubs look nice, but that's a really nice freewheel you've got there. I don't see many of those. Usually I get 6 speed freewheels on road bikes that have a huge Granny gear, gives a new meaning to "spinning".

Nah, I think they need to come here to flyover land. I'll even pay for you to ship them here for me to, uh, recycle...yeah, recycle them.

I'd keep the Ukai's as well, the gold looks stunning on that Team ..

+1. I thought about PMing you an offer, but I don't have anything that those rims would look better on. They really do go nicely with that frame.

They're decent wheels but nothing special, except that they're handsome. In other words, they're not super light or super strong, but they're definitely adequate.
