Title pretty much says it all. I don't care what model or what decal - I'll probably need quite a few of them.

This is what I'm working on (and please bear in mind that it's a test bed missing data, and with duplicated photos sitting around as my HTML placeholders):

A basic look at Raleigh decals: 1960-1982

Scanned decal sheets are ideal.

Super Course, Professional, Competition, Sports, Sprite; chainguard decal, downtube decal, top tube decal, seat tube decal - I don't care. So long as it is a good head-on shot of the decal; something sufficient for using on the site.

If you don't mind me using the photo for the reference page, throw whatever you wish my way.

-Kurt

That's interesting - this is the first Raleigh I've seen with a replacement water-slide decal on it - notice the wrinkles in the seattube transfer; the factory replacements always do that, for they're printed on trash decal paper. Look closely at the lower gold band, and you'll see it obscures whatever is left of the original transfer.

-Kurt

P.S.: I could use as many of those TT model name images as possible; Grand Prix, Record, Super Course, International (the early ones have an odd oval decal), etc.

I'm actually not 100 percent sure on the year of my Super Course, I THINK 1982. I'm sure someone will correct me.

Thanks, gbalke. FYI, your '73 Sports has a 1972 decal scheme on it. What's the serial and hub date on it, out of curiosity?

Ok, here's a few. Sorry they're so crusty. Someday I'll have a shiny bike.
I'm pretty sure this is the '29 Golden Arrow, by '38 it was monochrome, gold letters instead of red.

1949 Sport;

Hardly qualifies as a Raleigh but I put an embarassing lot of miles on it;

And a spare tube I found in the fanny pack of a '79ish Sprite

Have you ever posted full photos of that Golden Arrow? I dare say not; my heart is melting just at the sight of what you've posted. It also looks as if it'll clean up virtually perfectly.

The Record decals will particularly come to good use; thank you.

-Kurt

P.S.: Though I might not use all of these images on the decal site, I might end up using them on another part of the page in the future - if that is all right with those who have posted so far.

Go for it. I'd like to have the Made In Japan decal available to show next to the similar England decal on the earlier SC's. If you could get ALL of the DT logo into the picture, that would be ideal too.
