Bridgestone 'Kabuki' seat post problem (isn't it always?)

I've got a Kabuki bike that I'd rescued from the dumpster and recently started working on fixing up for riding. When trying to adjust the seat however, the wedge bolt snapped clean off down at the point where the bolt meets the wedge. Turns out it was massively corroded.

Now, would it be possible to have the old wedge, say, drilled out? Without damaging the seat tube or seatpost? And if so, would it be possible to replace the wedge with any old wedge, or is it some special shape/size designed specifically for the seatpost?

Try lining something up that would fit, and give it a try. If is works, it works. If you are successful... grease the bolt, wedge and inside of the seat tube before installing the seat post. You also might want to clean and regrease the BB.
