vintage build?
 

im trying to build a nice vintage buy for as cheap as possible (new project to keep me busy) and found a old road frame, for dirt cheap i can repaint myself and start throwing parts onto it. at first i wanted a coaster brake, but after looking around i've only found coaster brakes in the 110mm hub size, do they make a coaster brake for a 135mm drop out?

also what would be a nice color to spray the bike? i want to go for mustache bars leather grips, brooks saddle, rear rack, chrome fenders.
