Puch Laser - Does anyone know anything about this bike?

I've bought this bike a couple of days ago on a local auction site, supposed to arrive by mail today. I tried to google it about a 100 times now, but I couldn't find anything about it, except for a couple of woman's bikes and road bikes with the same name, but not the same design. I wonder when it was made, how many was made, etc. I bought it, because it is the right size for my height (170cm ~ 5'5"), and I like the "retro modern" decals.

My other question is... What would you change on it, if you'd want to make it more "hip"? I'm considering getting a new saddle, different handlebar, maybe changing the fenders. All your opinions are welcome!
BTW don't mind my english, I live in Budapest, Hungary

I'd find a way to level the rack and change the saddle to a Brooks.

Never heard of it, but I like it! Looks like it has a Shimano 3 speed hub.

Maybe it's because I was into mopeds before I got into bikes, but really want a Puch of some kind. I set my goals low, but owning any model of Puch would be one of my grail bikes, haha.
