Bridgestone C.Itoh

I have a C.Itoh that i bought years ago for $50. I recently decided to restore it. I bought new brake and shift cables, a new seat, and replaced the road tires to a slightly fatter and more aggresssive tread for country roads. My initial road test showed that the rear brake wasn't functioning. The caliper appears to be ok so i'm assuming the pads are dry rotted. The local bike shop said I should try Tractor Supply. I wasn't amused.
Can anyone help? the pads are about 1" in dia. round. Does anyone supply these anymore?
The caliper is Bridgestone no visible part numbers.

Thanks in advance.
