Sharp s1000 road bike? Can't find ANY info on it...

Anyone ever heard of Sharp brand bikes, the S1000 model in particular? I was checking one out earlier and the gentleman noticed, and mentioned that it was for sale. I said no thanks, and when I got home went to look it up. There seems to be no mention of it anywhere, and I'm pretty handy with Google.

Its like it never existed! This seems to be the forum to find out about such an obscure bike.

Panasonic actually made their own bikes. But, many non-bike companies have had bikes made for them. I've seen bikes labeled Kenwood, Bang & Olufsen, and Sony. I've not heard of a Sharp bicycle but it is likely a similar bike to the other consumer electronics brands I named.

Bike that doesn't exist in google land = private label department store quality.
