C Record shifter assembly
Ok I disassembled my Campy C Record shifters to clean out the gunk and now I need to know how to put them back together
Is there an exploded view diagram of those shifters anywhere on the web or can someone tell me how to put them back together? I can probably figure it out but if someone knows off the top of their head it would help me out. See the picture for the parts I have.

Can't tell you, but the first rule of disassembly for me is to keep everything together in the order they came off, because I can't be counted on to remember simple stuff, much less swiss-watch shifter parts!

Yeah me too usually but my hands got ahead of my brain on this one. Sometimes I even take pictures first but...

OK you pretty much have the correct order. the the backing plate of course goes first with the stop on the top. then the wide brass washer.
then the shifter. next goes the peice with the notch but be careful it has to fit over the flats on the boss. OH the small brass washer goes on this peice first.
then the two 'dished' washers go on with the dish facing the shifter. then the cover then the screw.

Thanks a bazillion! That was actually what I thought but it didn't seem quite right. Thanks again!
