I had a bike shipped from San Francisco(Oakland) a couple months ago. Used Tip Top Bike Shop to pack and ship. They used Bike Flights/UPS.
All in..$275. Seemed a bit high(BF estimate was $90)..but time was tight and being CA/SF..I'd guess nearly everything costs more than SE WI. Their pack job was..average..sufficient(?), but the bike arrived with no issues so I guess it was enough.

mail forwarding (US-Can) needed
Porkchop BMX won't ship to Canada anymore.
They have stuff I haven't seen elsewhere, at good prices, and lots of small bits suitable for c&v.
(In particular right now replacement lower races for headsets.)
Obviously any intermediate destination in the US would do, but likely northeast would be better for the US-to-me hop.
I pre-pay all costs+

Anyone in the San Francisco area?
Fellow in Pleasanton CA has two NOS 36 hole Nashbar rims that would nicely match my two NOS 40 hole Nashbar rims but he wants cash only + will not ship.
I can PayPal cash + prepurchase a bike flights label and email. Will need the rims collected and packed packed.
