Anyone in Nashville TN who can fetch and ship a bike to Richmond VA?

This bike vanished from FBM for a while and just reappeared so I'm looking again for a facilitator. The seller is not interested in shipping and sounds like he might be a flake but I kinda want the bike.

Alternatively, perhaps someone who knows can recommend a shop in Nashville that you know can box and ship a bike. The seller might deliver it to the shop if he's really interested in selling it to me. Thanks!

There's a bike for sale in Montreal from which I'd like (at least) the frame and fork.

It would need picking up and packing and shipping to me, and you can keep all the parts or whatever other arrangement is acceptable; there is only one pic but they look like this
nice alloy rim HF qr wheels and tyres
Suntour VGT rear, something matching front
swaged alloy crankset
quill pdals, clips,straps
what might be a TA bottle cage (there are/were clones)
Universal levers and fair-good hoods
Think the brakes are Universal Super 68
alloy bar & stem - and (!) grabons, not in bad shape either
nondescript seat and post

The bike has been (re-)built for sale, so presumably decent rubber and cables and all.
He has others listed and the ads' background, a nice shop wall full of the necessary tools - used - inspires confidence.

Any AZ to MN snowbirds?
 

I'm still looking for a facilitator to move/ship a 60's Schwinn road bike from Phoenix area to Minnesota. Ideally I would pay a snowbird returning to MN this spring with room for a bike, but would consider paying someone with experience to pack and ship it. Anyone in AZ know somebody heading back north this spring?

Assist at Two Wheels One Planet in Costa Mesa?
 

I'm looking at a vintage bike sale at Two Wheels One Planet in Costa Mesa, California and I'm told they will only accept an in-person pick up and cash in hand. It's not clear to me why the shop won't pack a bike for shipping. Anyone familiar with the shop who may be able to help?

reminding people I'm Portland/Salem Oregon based, have access to boxes or build my own and UPS is 2 blocks from my house.
