Microshift. Ebay is full of them. Nashbar, Performance and Sun Race also sell a private label version. They're all made by Microshift though. https://www.microshift.biz/about.asp

Nashbar has the ten speed version on sale right now, with the 20% off single item coupon code, they are down to $104 for a set. Unfortunately, I do not see them listing their 9 speed version. Probably worth a phone call. Performance lists their 9 speed version, but they are $190..

BIN new ones on ebay for $100 plus shipping, not too bad.

I would like to see a review or two on them. Certainly a cost effective option over the Shimano stuff.
