What's your favorite C&V trinket?
Be it a special tool, clamp on accessory, goofy early MTB part, or a cool water bottle, what's your favorite piece of C&V 'stuff?'
I have only a rear one of these, I love it, and put it on different bikes all the time:

"Union W Germany" generator light, the all-metal slimline style of the late '80's. I bought one when they were current & it's still on the Hi-Ten '81 Le Tour. Perfect. Just enough light to get home by, but be careful & don't go too fast. Hope I can always get replacement bulbs for it!

I have a pair of those shifters, polished up and ready to use. They have yet to be used though. Next down, probably the Huret Jubilee RD on my Competition. Something about it hits me just right. Gorgeous piece of work IMHO.,,,,BD

The posters that I was recently given are pretty darn cool. If I have to limit myself to one being my favorite, it would be the Newest on the back of the Rolls. It just says so much about Fuji's marketing strategy at the time.
I know that my pictures suck, but I am waiting for them to come back from being scanned and then I will frame them.
(BTW, if anybody here has some that aren't shown, I would be eager to take them off your hands.)

Could you explain the bell to me? I followed one on ebay that was local and the bidding was insane, the lbs that auctioned it was flabbergasted. I figure there is something about them that I don't know.

It was made in West Germany. It says, "Sancte Christophore - Iter Nostrum Protege" which means St. Chistopher - Protect Our Journey. It rings. Not much more to it.
I got mine out of Italy. I think I paid about $20, including shipping. What did the one you were watching go for?

I like the Campagnolo fork end that's been notched and drilled to be a bottle opener and keychain fob...chrome of course.

While not much of a "trinket" compared to the rest of you folks I'm very fond of my Hozan lockring tool. BB work is SO much more pleasurable after getting this:
