i also picked up a couple of used kids bikes from my neighbor on his move out. One is a columbia girls 20" banana seat chopper, light blue with a cloud seat. Another is a schwinn 20". It's funny looking, it looks a little like a chopper and a little like a bmx. It's a very loud purple color, with bmx tires. Are these of any particular value. My daughter kind of liked the columbia and is outgrowing her 16" so I think I'll keep it. From reading this forum, schwinns seem to be occasionally of value, so I thought I would check.

Can you post a picture of the Schwinn?

As far as the Columbia- unfortunately- girls bikes aren't worth crap. I'd say keep it for your daughter.

don't have a picture but the Schwinn is a girls bike, I believe the name on the downtube is Stardust.

The Schwinn might be worth "something" just because it's a Schwinn but I wouldn't want to hazard a guess as it is a girls bike. Check around the completed auctions on ebay and you should get a good idea of the value.
