Geoffrey Butler, info?

I just picked up this 1972 Geoffrey Butler from the original owner. I have found out that Geoffrey Butler is basically the house brand of a bicycle shop in Corydon England. Seems they had bikes made under their name in the 70s and maybe 80s. This appears to be a high quality bike with Reynolds 531, Nuovo Record components and some interesting frame features. It has a fully sloping cast fork crown, and a "fastback" seat stay arrangement. Does anyone have any more info on these bikes? Like who really made the frame and where?
