Stem clamp size question

Stem clamp size question
How do I determine the clamp size of a Nitto stem. From what I understand norm for Italian stems are 56mm. The stem came with a set of handlebars made in Taiwan, would that make it safe to assume the clamp is 55.4mm.

Chances are it is 25.4mm, or 26.0mm. Find a known 25.4 bar, if it doesn't tighten fully, the stem is 26.0 most likely.
