I noticed that. It's hard to say it's a Schwinn if you can't pin it down to a model and the serial number doesn't point to one, right?

My Voyageur had a clear coat on it. I'd think most fully chromed frames would've had a clear coat or paint. Any paint residue?

the hole for the missing screw lines up perfectly with the hole in the head tube, at least that is something!

the numbers on head badge look like 1845 (could be 7845 too) there is a impact scrape right over the numbers
