Here's a set of photos. I inherited this frame, so I know very little about it. I ran my hand along the other tubes, and the only things that I feel that are off (besides the paint chips, everywhere) are these two areas: middle of top tube and front of down tube.

You guys have done this, so I appreciate your help.
