Gran Compe brake lever cable adjusters from Velo orange
I received these fro Velo Orange today. The diameter of the part that goes into the lever is much larger then the old adjuster. I tried spreading the lever apart, it has to spread so much I was afraid of braking the lever. I'm thinking of enlarging the hole with a file, but that seems like a bad idea. Should I try to force them in and hope for the best. What do you think?

Drill it and be happy. Or, chuck the adjuster in a drill press and shoeshine it with a strip of sandpaper.
